Returns and Refund Policy

In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from us, you may contact our team with your complaints/ feedbacks at [] and we shall revert back to you at the earliest.

Acceptance of returns on our products is subject to following criteria:

  • Return request should be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery
  • Product(s) should be unused
  • All the tags and original packaging shall remain intact
  • Original Invoice shall be returned with the product(s)

Damage of External Packaging

On receipt, if it is noticed that the external packing of the consignment is damaged or tampered with, customers are requested to verify the quality/quantity of the products against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy is noticed in the packet, customer can either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. In such cases, the customer is requested to email us intimating us on the issue. Photographs of the delivered product may also be sent to us. We shall handle such issues directly with the respective courier company.

In case you have refused to accept delivery of the consignment, kindly intimate us with the details of order along with the request seeking re-shipment of Products or refund of money, in case your order is a pre-paid order.
